MUSCAT : The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) has announced four new investment opportunities in Sur Industrial City, as part of efforts to attract high-quality projects and strengthen Oman’s industrial, service and logistics ecosystem.
The opportunities cover the establishment and operation of a private hospital, a specialised training centre, the operation and management of a quarry for fill materials, and the establishment, operation and management of an integrated residential complex.
Eng. Nasser bin Hamoud Al Mabsali, Director General of Sur Industrial City, said the offerings form part of Madayn’s strategic direction to create a more supportive and integrated business environment while enhancing the quality of services available within its industrial cities.

The four opportunities have been listed under opportunity numbers 1/2026, 2/2026, 3/2026 and 4/2026.
Investors can obtain the relevant tender documents until September 20, 2026, while the deadline for submitting bids is October 12, 2026.
The latest offering comes as Sur Industrial City continues to expand its investment base. The industrial city, located in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, covers around 36 million square metres and is home to more than 118 investments, including activities linked to liquefied natural gas, chemicals, construction materials, fisheries and other industries.
Madayn said the new opportunities are aimed at broadening the range of services and facilities available to investors and workers while supporting the wider objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
