AMMAN — Jordan’s King Abdullah II reaffirmed the strong and longstanding ties between Jordan and Oman during a meeting with Oman’s Shura Council Chairman His Excellency Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali in Amman, the Oman News Agency reported on Tuesday.
King Abdullah received Al Maawali and an accompanying Omani delegation during their visit to the Jordanian capital.
During the meeting, the Jordanian monarch highlighted the deep-rooted fraternal relations linking Oman and Jordan and stressed the two countries’ shared commitment to expanding and strengthening cooperation across various fields.
