MUSCAT : In a public notice, the ministry advised individuals wishing to donate blood during the temporary suspension to visit the Seeb Blood Donation Centre at Al Araimi Boulevard, which will continue to operate during its regular working hours.
The ministry confirmed that donor reception services at the Central Blood Bank in Bousher will resume as normal on Friday, August 14, 2026.
Authorities apologised for any inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension and reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the continuous availability of blood units for hospitals through the existing blood supply.
