MUSCAT: As part of its ‘Your Awareness, Your Safety’ campaign, the authority advised travellers to document every aspect of their vehicle rental contract and ensure they fully understand all terms and conditions before completing the transaction.
The CPA stressed that dealing exclusively with authorised and licensed rental agencies helps safeguard consumer rights and reduces the risk of fraud, disputes, or receiving substandard vehicles.
