MUSCAT – The Directorate General of Consumer Protection Authority in North Al Batinah said the establishment was closed after failing to complete agreed work, provide services in the required manner and offer warranties to consumers.
The authority added that the establishment failed to respond to the directorate’s communications, while complaints continued over a lack of transparency and credibility in dealing with customers.
