MUSCAT – The department said current stocks of O-negative blood have fallen to critically low levels, prompting an immediate call for eligible donors to come forward and donate blood today to help save the patient’s life.
Eligible O-negative donors are requested to visit either the Central Blood Bank in Bausher or the Seeb Blood Donation Centre at the earliest opportunity.
“Your generous donation could make a life-saving difference for a patient in urgent need,” the department said in its appeal.
