MUSCAT – In a notice issued on June 14, 2026, the Ministry urged concerned parties to visit its headquarters or affiliated directorates and departments to complete the necessary trademark registration processes without delay.
The Ministry said the move is part of broader efforts to protect intellectual property rights, regulate the use of trademarks, and reduce legal violations and commercial disputes within the Sultanate.
