MUSCAT : The Technical Affairs Department, in cooperation with the Al Kamil Wal Wafi Municipality Department, carried out an extensive inspection campaign covering 32 construction sites across the wilayat. The campaign aimed to ensure adherence to approved building regulations, construction standards, and municipal bylaws.
During the inspections, officials identified several cases of non-compliance and issued eight violations against offending parties. Authorities stressed the importance of following approved construction permits and regulations to ensure public safety and orderly urban development.
In a parallel effort, the Immediate Removal Committee in Al Sharqiyah Governorate identified seven cases of illegal possession of land in Al Kamil Wal Wafi. The committee has initiated the necessary legal and administrative procedures against the violators as part of ongoing efforts to protect public property and uphold the rule of law.
