MUSCAT – The ROP stated that the Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations, in cooperation with the Dhofar Governorate Police Command, apprehended the suspects who had pre-planned the operation.
According to the ROP, one of the suspects rented the vehicle before handing it over to the second suspect in preparation for illegally transporting it out of the Sultanate.
Legal procedures against the suspects are currently being completed, the ROP added.
