MUSCAT — According to the CAA, rainfall in June 2026 is expected to be below average in eastern and southeastern Oman, while other governorates are likely to experience rainfall ranging from around average to below average.

For July and August, the outlook indicates rainfall will remain generally below average to around average across the Sultanate.

The authority also expects temperatures to remain above average throughout June, July and August 2026 across Oman, reflecting a continuation of warmer-than-normal seasonal conditions.
The CAA said seasonal bulletins are issued monthly as preliminary indicators for longer-range forecasts, providing an early overview of expected weather patterns. However, it stressed that these outlooks do not replace the need to monitor regular short- and medium-range weather forecasts.
