A second phase will commence on June 19, 2026, covering Zanzibar, Senegal, South Africa, and Kenya, followed by a third phase on July 6, 2026, which will include Mozambique, Ethiopia, Algeria, and Mauritania.
The service will then be expanded on July 20, 2026, to Mauritius, Madagascar, South Africa, Seychelles, and Australia, while the next phase on August 3, 2026, will cover New Zealand, Switzerland, Armenia, and Monaco.
The final announced phase, effective August 17, 2026, will extend the electronic attestation service to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Brunei Darussalam.
