MUSCAT – The Municipality has issued step-by-step guidelines on how to use its online service, which is designed to streamline procedures and facilitate the completion of related transactions.

The municipality said the service enables users to accurately document damages caused by traffic accidents, helping support insurance procedures and financial compensation claims while enhancing transparency among all parties involved.

Available through the municipality’s electronic services platform, the service also contributes to faster completion of official procedures related to material damage to public property and accident-related assessments.

To obtain a technical report, users can access the Muscat Municipality website, navigate to the E-Services section, select the compensation service for material damage to public property, and choose the option for issuing technical reports on traffic accident damages.
