MUSCAT : The Sultanate of Oman will participate in the international agricultural and industrial exhibition “Belagro 2026,” which will be held in Minsk, the Republic of Belarus, starting Tuesday, 2 June 2026 and continuing for several days.
The participation features a pavilion comprising several Omani companies from both the public and private sectors. The pavilion will showcase prominent national projects and initiatives related to agricultural, fisheries, and water sustainability, in addition to highlighting the investment opportunities abundant in the Sultanate of Oman within these vital sectors.
Oman’s delegation is headed by Dr. Saud Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, with the participation of several ministry officials and representatives of government companies operating in the food security sector.

Meanwhile, the Commercial Delegation is headed by Faisal Abdullah Al Rowas, Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), and includes members of the board of directors and representatives of Omani companies operating in the industrial, technology and food security sectors.
The Sultanate of Oman’s participation comes within the framework of efforts aimed at enhancing its international presence and expanding the scope of economic and investment cooperation in the sectors of agriculture, fisheries, water resources, and food security.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, the Omani-Belarusian Business Forum will be held. The forum will discuss enhancing the prospects of economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries, review prominent joint investment opportunities in various vital sectors, and explore paths for bilateral partnerships. It will also facilitate bilateral (B2B) meetings between companies representing the food, industrial, and technology sectors.
The visit’s agenda also includes holding a number of bilateral meetings with Belarusian officials to discuss opportunities for joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise. Furthermore, field visits will be conducted to several agricultural and industrial projects to explore modern experiences and technologies in agricultural production and food industries.
Meanwhile, the commercial delegation will visit select factories and institutions in the technology and communications sector, as well as factories specializing in food security, equipment, and machinery.
