During the signing ceremony held in Singapore, Nasser bin Ahmed Al Sharji, Chief Executive Officer of Oman Airports, said the collaboration with Changi Airport will facilitate the exchange of best practices and enhance all stages of the passenger journey.
He noted that continuous improvement of passenger experience remains a core pillar in achieving operational excellence and long-term sustainability in the aviation sector.
For his part, Eugene Gan, Chief Executive Officer of Changi Airports International, said the partnership is expected to deliver strong outcomes for Muscat International Airport and further strengthen its performance.
