MUSCAT – In a statement, the Authority said the weather system contributed to significant growth and regeneration of wild vegetation, accelerating the natural ecological cycle ahead of the annual Khareef season.
As a result, pruning will only be allowed in limited areas, and strictly under direct coordination with specialists from the Directorate General of Environment in Dhofar Governorate.
The Authority urged individuals and entities to comply with the decision and refrain from carrying out any pruning activities without prior authorization, warning that violations may lead to legal accountability.
