MUSCAT : As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening its branch network, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, has recently inaugurated Ard Al Jaw Buraimi branch. Like many other areas, Buraimi is witnessing notable population density and increasing commercial and economic activity. In response to this growth, Bank Muscat continues to strengthen its presence, with a network of 141 branches dedicated to serving retail customers across all Oman, including four branches and one service center in the Governorate of Buraimi. The opening of the new branch underscores the Bank’s commitment to broadening its reach and serving a wider customer base by offering innovative and advanced banking solutions that support economic growth and promote financial inclusion. The new branch facilitates convenient accessibility and high-quality efficient services and solutions for customers. Reinforcing the importance of branches as a primary customer touchpoint, the new branch is staffed by qualified and well-trained Omani professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service. It has been designed to the latest standards in terms of layout, space, and facilities, ensuring accessibility for all customers, including people with disabilities, as well as businesses. Strategically located, the branch features a modern design and spacious layout that aligns with banking sector standards, offering a comfortable and secure environment that enhances the overall customer experience. It provides a full range of banking services, including dedicated sections for various financing products such as Baituna home finance and “Sayyarati” auto finance. The branch also includes a dedicated desk for “Najahi” business banking customers, a sales office, specialized areas for Asalah Priority Banking customers. Additionally, there are dedicated offices for relationship managers to handle payroll-related services, as well as facilities offering insurance and wealth management advisory services.
