MUSCAT : During the meeting, both sides affirmed their interest in strengthening cooperation and partnership between the Sultanate of Oman and Canada across various economic and commercial sectors, as well as in education, academic exchange, and diplomatic collaboration.
The two sides also discussed a number of regional and international developments, stressing the importance of intensifying consultation and joint action, and of developing international and multilateral mechanisms to address emerging global challenges. They underscored the need to reinforce dialogue and diplomacy to support stability, peaceful coexistence, and constructive cooperation, while maintaining balance in international relations.
