MUSCAT – The closure affects the entrance connecting the service road in front of Bank Muscat to the road leading into Liwa, branching from the roundabout towards the market area.
The municipality said the measure, implemented in coordination with relevant authorities, is necessary to complete construction works under the Liwa entrance development project.
Motorists have been urged to use designated alternative routes, as indicated on official maps, to maintain traffic flow, ensure safety, and avoid congestion in the area.
