MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and Bahrain’s King His Majesty Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa discussed the latest developments in the Middle East crisis during a phone call on Monday, stressing the need for stronger diplomatic efforts to restore regional stability and protect international interests.
According to Oman News Agency (ONA), His Majesty Sultan Haitham and King Hamad reviewed ongoing efforts aimed at ending the crisis in the region and emphasized the importance of securing maritime navigation routes amid heightened tensions.
The two leaders underlined the need to intensify regional and international coordination to safeguard the interests of countries and ensure the safety of people across the region.

They also stressed that disputes should be resolved through peaceful and diplomatic means, in accordance with the principles of international law, in a way that respects the sovereignty of states and supports lasting peace and security at both the regional and international levels.
