MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 49/2026 appointing a new senior official to the government’s economic leadership structure, according to an official statement on Wednesday.
The decree appoints Yarub bin Abdullah bin Salim Al Yaarubi as Secretary-General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, with the rank of special grade.
