MUSCAT – More than 27 schools and colleges are taking part in the event.
Dr. Mawih Kareem Al Ani, Dean of the College of Commerce and Administrative Sciences at Dhofar University, said that ‘Sustainability Week 2026’ constitutes a platform to raise awareness about innovation in the field of sustainability.
Dr. Mawih pointed out that the event brings together academics, students and interested parties to discuss various issues, including leadership in the field of environment, sustainable development and the role of higher education in building a more sustainable future.
The event panel includes discussions, exhibitions, competitions and the review of student initiatives.
The event seeks to enable young people to contribute to shaping a more sustainable future in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
