They highlighted that continued global efforts are essential to address the root causes of conflict, noting that such steps are key to strengthening security and stability not only regionally but also on a broader international scale.
President Macron expressed his deep appreciation to His Majesty for the Sultanate of Oman’s recent efforts in facilitating the release of French citizens who had been detained in Iran. He commended Oman’s constructive and active role in supporting de-escalation initiatives, as well as its continued commitment to peaceful and diplomatic solutions.
