MUSCAT : The statement described these attacks as a clear violation of international diplomatic norms and conventions that guarantee the inviolability of diplomatic missions and the safety of their personnel.
The Sultanate reiterated its categorical rejection of such acts, stressing the need to uphold the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and ensure the protection of diplomatic and consular missions under all circumstances.
