MUSCAT : According to the bulletin, April is expected to see higher-than-average rainfall throughout Oman. Forecasts for the month of May indicate rainfall around the average, with localised chances of above-average precipitation, while June is expected to have near-average rainfall overall, with higher amounts in the northern governorates and below-average rainfall along the eastern and southeastern coasts.

Temperature trends for April through June 2026 indicate consistently above-average conditions across Oman, with the entire period expected to experience warmer-than-usual weather.

The Meteorology department noted that seasonal bulletins are issued monthly as preliminary indicators for long-term weather trends, providing an initial outlook for planning purposes. However, it noted that these bulletins do not replace regular short- and medium-term forecasts, which remain essential for daily weather monitoring and preparedness.
