Washington: Speaking at a press conference, Trump claimed that Iran could face swift and overwhelming military action, suggesting such a scenario could unfold “as early as tomorrow night, Tuesday.” His remarks come amid heightened tensions and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties in the region.
Trump also shed light on a recent US military operation to rescue the crew of a downed F-15 aircraft in Iran. According to him, American personnel involved in the mission encountered gunfire at extremely close range, highlighting the dangers faced on the ground.
Describing the effort as one of the most complex and high-risk operations undertaken, Trump noted that the rescue mission for a second serviceman required the deployment of 155 aircraft. Despite the scale and intensity of the operation, he emphasized that no US soldiers were injured during the mission.
