MUSCAT – The consultation, aimed at supporting sustainable mobility and improving user experience across the Sultanate, runs from 31 March to 16 April 2026. It allows public to provide feedback on pricing at public and semi-public EV charging points. Authorities said the exercise is part of Oman’s commitment to community participation, transparency, and the promotion of electric vehicles. The feedback will guide the government in setting tariff ranges that balance consumer interests with the sustainability of charging services.
The Ministry noted that the suggested price ranges are non-binding and will be used as input for decision-making.
