MUSCAT : The ministry said the service is aimed at supporting families whose homes have been damaged, particularly those that are structurally unsafe or uninhabitable due to heavy rain and related impacts.
Applications can be submitted through the ministry’s digital platform at https://csys.housing.gov.om/ar/pages/home using a personal ID card and registered phone number (PKI), with officials urging applicants to attach all required supporting documents to ensure faster processing.
The platform is dedicated to assisting individuals whose private properties have been affected by exceptional weather events, as part of ongoing efforts to safeguard public safety and provide timely support to affected households.
