MUSCAT — Under Article 9 of the Regulation on the Rights of Beneficiaries of Telecom Services, the licensee must, when amending the terms and conditions of a service or subscribed plans that includes a minimum contract period, give the beneficiary the option to either continue the service under the current contract until the end of the minimum period, or cancel the contract without paying an early termination fee or as otherwise agreed.
