Gradual sugar reduction can lower operating costs, enhance a café’s image as a health-friendly establishment, and build long-term trust with patrons. Participation also supports broader public health goals, including combating obesity and diabetes, while helping to embed a culture of moderation and conscious food choices in Omani society.
