MUSCAT : Saudi Arabia on Sunday condemned in the strongest terms the targeting of Oman’s commercial Port of Duqm, expressing full solidarity with the Sultanate following a drone strike that injured a worker.
In a statement, the Saudi Foreign Ministry denounced the attack on the strategic port facility, describing it as a violation that threatens regional security and stability. The Kingdom affirmed its full support for Oman and its measures to safeguard its sovereignty and the safety of its residents.
The condemnation came after two projectiles struck the Port of Duqm, according to an Omani security source cited by the Oman News Agency (ONA).
