MUSCAT – Oman Air said several of its flights have been suspended or delayed due to ongoing airspace closures in the region, as tensions escalate across parts of the Middle East.

In a statement posted on its official X account, the national carrier said the disruptions were caused by the “evolving situation and the ongoing airspace closures in the region.”

“Those with impacted flights will be notified directly,” the airline said, urging passengers to check its website for the latest updates before heading to the airport.

Oman Air added that it continues to monitor developments closely and will share further information as it becomes available.

“The safety of our guests and crew remains our top priority,” the airline said, thanking passengers for their patience and support.

Airlines across the region have been adjusting schedules and rerouting flights following airspace restrictions imposed amid heightened security concerns.
