MUSCAT – Oman’s Foreign Minister His Excellency Sayyid Badr Albusaidi said he met U.S. Vice President JD Vance to discuss the ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran, expressing optimism that further progress could be achieved in the coming days.
“I met Vice President JD Vance today and shared details of the ongoing negotiation between the United States and Iran and the progress achieved so far,” Albusaidi said in a post on X.
He thanked the U.S. side for its engagement and said he looked forward to “further and decisive progress in the coming days,” adding: “Peace is within our reach.”
