MUSCAT : The decree stipulates approval of Oman’s accession to the international convention in accordance with its attached text and mandates the competent authorities to deposit the instrument of accession as required under the agreement’s provisions.
The Royal Decree further states that it will be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
