Dubai: In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE expressed its appreciation for Oman’s efforts in creating conducive conditions for dialogue, commending the Sultanate for hosting the talks. The ministry said Oman’s role reflects its constructive contribution to promoting understanding and dialogue at both regional and international levels, while supporting security and stability.

The UAE reaffirmed its belief that dialogue, de-escalation, adherence to international law, and respect for state sovereignty remain the most effective foundations for addressing current crises. It underscored its consistent approach of resolving disputes through diplomatic means.

The statement also expressed hope that the consultations would yield positive outcomes.
