MUSCAT – Iran’s foreign minister arrived in Oman late on Thursday for a new round of nuclear talks with the United States, Iranian state media reported.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi landed in Muscat to take part in discussions with the American delegation, the state news agency IRNA said.
Araghchi is scheduled to meet U.S. President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, according to the report.

Washington is seeking diplomatic progress on Iran’s nuclear programme and other outstanding issues, while continuing to say it has not ruled out military action. The talks are being hosted by Oman, which has long served as a intermediary between Tehran and Washington.
