MUSCAT : Total refinery production in the Sultanate of Oman rose 11.4% by the end of November 2025, reaching about 76.992 million barrels, compared with the same period in 2024, official data showed.
The increase reflects higher refining activity as the country continues to strengthen its downstream energy sector.
