MUSCAT : According to the announcement from the TRA, the tender is open to all local and international companies and institutions, with bids to be submitted exclusively through the Esnad Platform. The deadline for bid submission is 11 February 2026.

The TRA stated that tender documents and the terms of reference can be obtained via the Esnad Platform of the Authority of Projects, Tenders and Local Content through the official e-tendering website, upon payment of RO 50, and no later than the specified deadline. Submitted bids must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission and must strictly comply with the announced timeline.

In line with national priorities, the Authority noted that preference in awarding the tender will be given to companies whose bids demonstrate higher Omanisation rates and a greater reliance on national products.
