MUSCAT : The coast guard unit was led by the South Al Batinah Governorate Police, in cooperation with the rescue team of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority.
With the participation of a local citizen, the authorities managed to rescue three Chinese nationals who were stranded due to bad weather conditions and high waves on the Dimaniyat Islands off the coast of Al Suwadi while practicing kayaking.
