MUSCAT – The ROP revealed that its Directorate General for Combatting Drugs and Psychotropic Substances apprehended the suspects while they were retrieving quantities of crystal meth and hashish from one of the shores in the Quriyat Wilayat.
They had coordinated with an international gang outside the country to smuggle and conceal the quantities on the beach.
Legal proceedings are being completed against them, the ROP confirmed.
