MUSCAT — Oman Airports has illuminated the air-traffic control tower at Muscat International Airport in the colours of the Sultanate’s national flag for the first time, marking the celebrations of Oman’s glorious National Day.
The landmark tower, one of the most recognisable structures at the airport, now displays vivid red, white and green lighting as a tribute to the nation’s pride, heritage and unity.
In a statement, Oman Airports said the illumination embodies “pride and belonging to the homeland,” adding that the tower stands “tall in the sky as a shining symbol of our loyalty and devotion to the Sultanate of Oman.”
