MUSCAT : The event, held under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Saif bin Abdullah Al Haddabi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation for Scientific Research and Innovation, aimed to highlight distinguished research efforts across various medical, nursing, and administrative specialties at the Directorate General of Khoula Hospital. It also sought to promote the culture of scientific research and innovation among healthcare staff, thereby contributing to developing institutional performance and improving the quality of health services provided.

Researchers provided explanations of the key findings of their studies and research projects, as part of Khoula Hospital’s endeavour to establish a culture of research and innovation in the health field.
The organisation of this event is a practical translation of one of the pillars of “Oman Vision 2040”, represented by “Creative Human and Productive Society”. It affirms the importance of scientific research as a tool for institutional development and building a knowledge-based society founded on evidence and innovation.
