DUBAI : Developed by The First Group and operated under InterContinental Hotels Group’s Vignette Collection, the 82-storey architectural marvel will surpass the Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road to claim the global title. Designed by award-winning firm NORR, the glass-clad tower features a dramatic central atrium that fills the space with natural light and breathtaking views.

The property houses 1,004 rooms and suites, each offering sweeping vistas of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai Marina skyline. Opening rates begin at Dh1,310 per night, with premium suites priced around Dh2,400, complete with access to high-floor lounges.

Ciel will also break two more world records, for the highest infinity pool and the highest club. The Tattu Sky Pool, perched 76 storeys above ground, overtakes Address Beach Resort’s record, while the Tattu Sky Lounge on level 81 sets a new benchmark for sky-high nightlife.

At the heart of the property is Tattu Dubai, an acclaimed Asian restaurant spread across three upper levels, blending modern Chinese design with panoramic city views.

The hotel’s culinary lineup further includes:
Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery, a local favorite offering all-day menus and fresh ingredients.
West 13, a Mediterranean-inspired venue serving handmade pasta and mezze in an open-kitchen setting.
East 14, a buffet restaurant celebrating Asian flavors from Thailand to India with live ramen, sushi, and curry stations.
