Key provisions include organising pilgrim registration through the ‘Masar’ platform, booking camps, securing essential service packages, and arranging transportation, accommodation, and food services.
The agreement also sets procedures for medical services, transport schedules at the Jamarat Bridge, and the timing of rituals including the arrival, departure, and farewell circumambulation. It further outlines the mechanisms for the pilgrims’ arrival and departure via Saudi ports.
