MUSCAT – This partnership will focus on the National Report Project on Competencies in the Financial Sector.
The initiative is part of the national collaborative efforts to develop the competencies system aligned with labour market requirements.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Labour by His Excellency Salem bin Muslim Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Human Resources Development, and on behalf of Estidamah by His Excellency Mahmoud bin Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Awaini, Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance and General Supervisor of the Programme.
The project seeks to produce a periodic national report analysing current and future needs for skills and competencies across the financial sector, including banks, insurance companies, and financial services.
