MUSCAT – The ceremony, held at the Military Parade Ground at Said bin Sultan Naval Base, featured the graduation of the General Education Diploma Officers’ course, university officers’ course, and limited service officers’ course.
His Highness Sayyid Theyazin inspected the front row of the graduates, marking the official commencement of the ceremony.

The event showcased a military parade, during which a military drone formation passed in front of the main stand, performing a salute to His Highness, the patron of the occasion. The Royal Navy of Oman Band presented a musical performance that included a variety of traditional and military compositions.
As part of the ceremony, the participants formed a symbolic sailing ship, representing the Royal Navy vessel Shabab Oman II — a tribute to the Sultanate’s rich maritime heritage and enduring naval traditions.
His Highness then presented the Sword of Honor to the top graduates of the General Education Diploma officer course, Lieutenant Said bin Hamed Al Anbouri, and Officer Candidate Al Munther bin Said bin Salem Al Maamari.
