Muscat — The fifth edition of the TAS Conclave will be held on November 25, 2025, at the Intercity Hotel Muscat, under the patronage of H.E. Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP).
Organised by The Arabian Stories, the TAS Conclave 2025 will bring together leading policymakers, business executives and innovators in the Sultanate of Oman under the theme “Progressing Beyond Barriers”, exploring the country’s economic transformation and the evolving role of the private sector in achieving the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
As one of the key architects of Oman’s economic diversification strategy, H.E. Qais Al Yousef has been instrumental in strengthening the investment ecosystem and fostering industrial innovation. Under his leadership, MoCIIP has implemented wide-ranging reforms to attract strategic investments, empower local enterprises, and position Oman as a regional gateway for sustainable and knowledge-driven industries.

In his keynote address, H.E. Qais Al Yousef is expected to outline the roadmap for advancing competitiveness, enhancing ease of doing business, and accelerating non-oil exports, with a focus on emerging sectors including logistics, manufacturing, green hydrogen and digital trade.
“Oman continues to build a dynamic and competitive economic environment where innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration drive sustainable growth,” said H.E. Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef. “The TAS Conclave provides an important platform to engage the private sector, exchange ideas, and chart new opportunities that contribute to Oman Vision 2040 and our nation’s global competitiveness.”
The conclave will also feature leading voices from government, banking, and business communities engaging in high-level discussions on investment opportunities, entrepreneurship, trade, and the future of Oman’s economy.
