MUSCAT : The Embassy of India in Oman conducted its monthly Open House for October at the SGIVS Centre in Qurum, providing Indian nationals an opportunity to directly raise their concerns with officials.

The session, attended both in person and online, was led by His Excellency GV Srinivas, Ambassador of India to Oman.

Community members were able to present their issues without the need for prior appointment, reflecting the mission’s continued commitment to open communication and public service.

According to the Embassy, all grievances submitted during the Open House are being actively followed up for swift resolution. The initiative is part of the Embassy’s regular outreach efforts to support the welfare of the Indian community in Oman.

The Open House platform allows citizens to discuss matters related to consular services, labour issues, passports, visas and other community concerns.
