MUSCAT : The meeting came as part of Iranian minister’s visit to the Sultanate of Oman to hold the 11th round of political consultations between the two countries.
The meeting touched upon the existing relations between the two countries, stemming from a shared commitment to developing areas of cooperation and partnership to serve the joint interests.
The meeting also addressed the developments at the regional and international arenas. Both sides emphasized the importance of sustaining coordination and consultation on various issues and backing all efforts aimed at resolving conflicts through dialogue and peaceful means. This contributes to establishing foundations for security and stability and enhancing the prospects for achieving a just and comprehensive peace in the region.
