MUSCAT – The Municipality emphasised that camping is a responsibility before it is a pleasure, urging campers to adhere to safety guidelines and environmental protection measures while enjoying Oman’s natural beauty.
Campers are encouraged to follow the instructions of the competent authorities and observe safety and guidance signs, avoiding prohibited or dangerous areas. The Municipality also reminded the public to maintain cleanliness, preserve the environment, and leave no trace at camping sites.
To promote safer and more enjoyable outdoor experiences, the Municipality has issued a detailed camping guide, accessible via a barcode, offering practical tips on proper camping practices and environmental awareness.
