MUSCAT – The initiative aims to enrich the Street Names Bank with meaningful and culturally relevant names while promoting public participation in the development of Dhofar Governorate.
According to the Municipality, all proposed names will be reviewed and sorted to ensure they comply with approved terms and conditions, which stipulate that names must be in Arabic and must not conflict with public morals or ethics.
People can contribute by logging in via the Name Bank platform using their mobile number after receiving a verification code. Suggestions can be submitted by scanning the QR code or visiting the link: https://apps.edm.gov.om/ords/r/questioner/175/4?.
